Billing and Insurance

Clinic services may be covered by medical or health insurance plans. We will assist you with the completion of forms and timely submission of your claim to your insurer on your behalf; however, you are responsible for the collection from your insurance provider, if any. Any payment Learning and Language Specialists, Inc., receives directly from your insurer will be applied against your balance. Insurance companies have a schedule of fees which they will pay. Your fees may be more or less than the payment schedule of your insurance company. You are directly responsible to Learning and Language Specialists, Inc., for your account, regardless of your insurance schedule. Visa and MasterCharge are accepted.
